Remember to Breathe Meditation Group

Keep the benefits of your mindfulness practice alive by being a member of this weekly meditation practice group. Join our virtual community to share in guided meditation, mindfulness poetry, and fresh ideas & discussion each week as part of a group of people who are making meditation a healthy habit, and mindfulness an important part of their lives. During this tumultuous time, we need one another!

Your guide each Monday, at 7 pm ET, will be Madeline Ebelini, MA, CMT-P, an experienced meditation teacher. 

You will join our session each week through Zoom, a simple and convenient way for you to connect with us for these weekly guided sessions using a laptop, tablet, or mobile device.

Upon joining this "members only" group, you will be prompted to create your own unique password so you can access the Member Login section of the Integrative Mindfulness website. You may pause or cancel your membership at any time.
